Encrypted Communication (PGP)

Untuk komunikasi email yang memuat informasi sensitif, KUTIM-CSIRT sangat menganjurkan penggunaan enkripsi PGP/GPG. Kunci publik PGP dapat diunduh di sini.

Operating Hours

  • Administrative services: Monday–Friday, 08.00–16.00 WITA.
  • Emergency reporting channel: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24/7) via email and the report form.
  • WhatsApp / hotline: not yet available. For now, please use email and the report form.

Reports received outside working hours are followed up on the next working day, except for Critical-priority incidents. Target times per priority: Service Standards.
